Our Beliefs
- The divine inspiration, infallibility and inerrancy of the whole Bible as originally given; and in its supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and life.
- The unity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit
- Sovereignty of God in creation, providence, revelation, redemption and final judgment.
- The deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His birth of the virgin Mary, in His real and proper but sinless humanity; in His miracles; in His substitutionary, expiatory death in that He gave His life a ransom for many; in His bodily resurrection from the dead; in His ascension to the right hand of the Father; and in His personal return in power and glory.
- The universal sinfulness and guilt of human nature after the Fall, rendering all people subject to God’s wrath and condemnation.
- Redemption from the guilt, penalty and power of sin, is only through the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ as our representative and substitute.
- That human beings are justified solely by the grace of God through faith in the finished redemptive work of Christ; and that genuine faith produces the fruits of good works, love, righteousness and holiness.
- The necessity of the work of the Holy Spirit in the individual’s life bringing about repentance towards God and faith in Jesus Christ.
- The present ministry of the Holy Spirit in Whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a godly life of service.
- The one, holy, universal Church which is the body of Christ and to which all true believers belong.
